The harmful cholesterol that affects the human body could also be lowered by taking the balanced diet. This also provides the mental relaxation by avoiding the tension and other harmful activities. People who eat the vegetables, fruits, oilseeds, bread and cereals could not get affected by any kind of serious diseases. The green vegetables provide carbohydrates and vitamins for the energy of the human body. The leafy vegetables also provide the fiber nutrition to fight against different infections. Fruits are almost low in fat and could be taken in large amounts for the proper functioning of the human body. Fruit juices also provide the needed proteins in large amount. Having a cup of milk a day will help for the bone strength in the body. Eating the different fruits like banana and apple could thus help the body building activities.
